Here’s a chance to experience two countries   Kenya and Tanzania visiting the  most special parks, off the beaten trail. All parks   are dense with predators , grazers but also offers  different views of the land scape 

Itinerary

This is the tour plan for 9 days  Amboseli,  Manyara  national park,  Ngorongoro, Serengeti Masai mara &Lake Naivasha safari . The itinerary can be reversed to start in Tanzania to Kenya. The tour can be customized to fit your budget and standards by changing the accommodation

DAY 1: NAIROBI – AMBOSELI

Pick up from the airport headed to our offices for safari briefing later depart to Amboseli arriving late in the evening. Amboseli National Park provides the classic Hollywood image of Africa. Set in rolling savannah scenery it is dwarfed by the presence of the pink-tinged, snow-capped peak of Mount Kilimanjaro which, at 5,896 meters, is the highest free-standing mountain in the world and topped by one fifth of all the ice in Africa.

Against this magnificent backdrop roam vast herds of elephant accompanied by a kaleidoscope of other fabulous beasts -lion, buffalo, cheetah, giraffe, baboon, gazelle hippo and wildebeest to name but a few. There are also over 400 species of birds, all manner of reptilian, flora and fauna and some of the most soul-searing views in Africa.

DAY 2: AMBOSELI – MANYARA

An early morning breakfast then depart Amboseli with game drive en route to lake Manyara

DAY 3: MANYARA – NGORONGORO

Today we enjoy a morning and afternoon game drive in Lake Manyara National Park a superb scenic Park set around the Lake, most famous for the tree climbing lions. Lake Manyara is a bird watcher’s paradise. Marvel at the variety of species, spoonbill, teal, pelican, kingfisher, hornbill and cormorant. In the tall trees, forest monkeys leap from branch to branch on the slope of the Great Rift escarpment, elephants stand in the shade of the baobab; and in the acacia woodland lions lie draped along the branches of the umbrella trees. Later in the afternoon we depart to Ngoro Ngoro

DAY 4: NGORONGORO – SERENGETI

Today you wake up near Ngoro Ngoro Crater best known for unique views of the high-altitude rain forest surrounding the rim. descend to the crater for game viewing. This collapsed caldera is 610 meters deep and has a floor 18 km wide. Views from the rim of the crater are spectacular. The crater has become a unique conservation area where Lion, Elephant, Rhino and Buffalo roam in perfect safety. Later you leave for Serengeti arriving late in the evening. DAY 5: SERENGETI FULL DAY

Today you get to explore Serengeti national park famous for its annual migration, a healthy stock of wildlife residence particularly the big five it’s Tanzania’s oldest park and a worlds heritage site recently proclaimed the 7th world wonder. Serengeti offers the most arguably the most scintillating game view in Africa great herds of buffalo’s small groups of elephants and giraffes and thousands of elands, Topi, Kongoni, impala and grand gazelle you surely can’t resist the irresistible spectacle of predator versus prey.

DAY 6: SERENGETI – MASAI MARA

After breakfast proceed for an early morning game drive. This is considered a great time to view game when the animals are ready for a kill to start the day. Return to the camp and get ready to depart to Masai Mara arriving in late in the evening to your camp, after checking-into your camp, freshen-up then goes for an introductory evening game viewing drive

Dinner and overnight at MANYATTA CAMP or SIMILAR (Breakfast, Lunch & Dinner)

DAY 7: MASAI MARA FULL DAY

After breakfast, start game viewing-drive across the rich savannah grassland and rolling hills. The famous Mara is renowned for its great herds of plain game, black-manned lions, leopard and cheetah but also contains numerous elephants and virtually every type of wildlife to be found here in the Mara. You will Have Picnic lunches at the Hippo pools in Mara River famous for migration of wildebeest. Proceed with the game on the way back to camp. Dinner and overnight at MANYATTA CAMP or SIMILAR (Breakfast, Lunch & Dinner)

DAY 8: MASAI MARA – NAIVASHA

Pre-breakfast sun-rise game viewing-drive from (06:30am – 9:30am) to see leopard, cheater,

lions and other cuts hunting. This is the best time to spot the cats family when making a kill for their breakfast/lunch as the sun rises-up. Back to the camp for your full breakfast before

departing with an en-route game viewing-drive as you leave Mara region to Naivasha Hell’s Gate National Park Once at the Park, you have the option of a game drive in a Safari vehicle or take bikes into the Park. Cycling in the Park is a great adventure as you get to ride the bikes for 7 Kilometers before resting at a ranger’s post. After a brief stop at the rangers post you leave the bike and start a walking safari. Enjoy the spectacular views of the gorge. The walking trip or safari takes 3 hours. The park provides a variety of wildlife, unusual flora and many species of birds and is one of the only two Kenyan Parks where climbing, walking and biking are allowed. Animals seen here include Bushbucks, Dik-diks, Gazelles, Gnus, Hartebeests, Impalas, Klipspringers, Buffaloes, Hyraxes, Zebras, Hyenas, Jackals, Mongooses, Baboons, Monkeys and Porcupines amongst others. The park has historically been an important home for the rare lammergeyer vultures. over 103 species of birds have been recorded in this park, including vultures, Verreaux’s Eagles

 DAY 9: NAIVASHA – NAIROBI

Breakfast then A short boat trip from the mainland out into Lake Naivasha gives you access to view the unique Crescent Island Wildlife Sanctuary. There is also possibility to access it by road passing through the “Horse Riding Complex” A wide variety of wildlife, bird life and flora lives quite freely out there and as there are no predators to be found. There is a lot of easy to see game e.g. giraffes, waterbucks, elands, wildebeests, zebras and impalas. It is also a heaven for birds with + 200 species recorded. Later, we leave for Nairobi.
